Utorrent License Agreement

They recognize that the software and related technical data and services (a « controlled technology » package) may be subject to U.S. import and export legislation, particularly to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and to laws in any country where controlled technology is imported or re-exported. They agree to comply with all relevant laws and will not export controlled technology contrary to U.S. law, nor to a prohibited country, entity or person for whom an export license or other administrative authorization is required. All BitTorrent products are prohibited for export or re-export to Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Syria and Sudan, as well as any country subject to trade sanctions. USE OR FACILITATE BITTORRENT PRODUCT IN CONJUNCTION WITH EACH ACTIVITY INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, MANUFACTURING, TRAINING, OR TESTING OF CHEMICAL, BIOLOGICAL, OR NUCLEAR MATERIALS, OR MISSILES, DRONES, OR SPACE LAUNCH VEHICLES CAPABLE OF DELIVERING WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION IS PROHIBITED, IN ACCORDANCE WITH U.S. LAW. Subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions, BitTorrent, Inc. grants you a free, non-exclusive and non-transferable license for the use of the Software, exclusively for your personal and non-commercial purposes. Regardless of the above, BitTorrent Play Software contains FFmpeg software under the GNU LGPL v2.1 license and utWeb software contains FFmpeg software under the GNU LGPL v.2.1 license, the software developed by the OpenSSL project for use in the OpenSSL toolbox. (www.openssl.org/) and the licensed software of github.com/arvidn/libtorrent/blob/master/LICENSE (The Other Software) which, despite the opposite, is licensed under these corresponding licenses and not under the license of BitTorrent, Inc.

BitTorrent, Inc. reserves all rights to the software (except other software) that are not expressly granted to you here. The end user recognizes that he can get information about the software or bitdefender, including, but not limited to, code, technology, know-how, ideas, algorithms, testing procedures, structure, interfaces, specifications, documentation, bugs, bug reports, analysis and performance information, and other technical, business, product and data information (« confidential information »).
